DOP - Joao Cerqueira
From a very early age Joao fell in love with the film making process, at 12 years old he would stay awake in front of the TV watching the Oscars dreaming of being up there, making films for a living.
Joao shot his first professional documentary in high school and from then onwards he started shooting short films. During that period he became interested in directing but what he really loved was cinematography - the ability to paint with light, to balance the chiaroscuro, to create emotion with images and ultimately touch someone’s soul.
The fine balance between technology and creativity, what equipment to use to better translate the story emotionally is what drives him.
Joao now works mainly as a lighting camera operator or DoP, lighting and shooting commercials, music videos, short films and TV shows.Awards

Title Sequence Composer - Alex Paton
Alex Paton has been studying, composing, and performing music since the age of seven, when he decided to pick up the Trumpet because he particularly liked the theme tune used for Darth Vader in Star Wars at the time. It was thanks to Darth Vader and his bombastic theme tune that he went on to play in orchestra's, brass bands and jazz bands, eventually branching out to playing guitar in functions, rock concerts, and on to singing in heavy metal performances.
It was whilst studying music in further education that Alex realised he had a passion for production and composition, particularly the process of pairing these compositions for screen and telling a story through the music. It was then that he began to enhance his composition, arrangement and production skills.
Recently, Alex has drawn inspiration from many great composers for Soundtracks, but also classical composers, singer songwriters, and all the way to European heavy metal bands. Alex is always excited by new projects and new challenges and ready to explore the realms of composition as far as it will go.
